I am trying to share envelopes, as the admin, from a closed user to their backup. 
It does not work when I hit “accept” give me the old null sign.

Thank you for reaching out to the Docusign Community.  

This is expected behavior from eSignature, envelope sharing does not support accessing closed users. You may look to transfer these envelopes to an active user in Settings>Users>Actions>Transfer Envelopes, as an alternative in the meantime. For detailed steps on this process, see:

Note: Some advanced features and options are supported only in certain Docusign plans. Your account plan might not support some of the options discussed in this help topic. Contact your account administrator for more information about which options are available for your account.
