I have Upgraded my plan on May 2024 since Representative have advised me that I need more signature. He then upgraded me to Envelope subscription instead of seat subscription.

 

I paid on May 2024 and Now DocuSign is saying that my plan was never change even though I have a contract signed. Now they are trying to bill me my annual subscription again  for the old plan that was supposed to be replaced on May 2024.

 

Billing department CANNOT figure out what happen and I’ve been waiting for a call, I can’t even change my Auto pay and they said I need to have it! 

 

I already paid on May 2024 and now they are billing me again for Aug.

 

what do I do from here ?

 

 

 

Could you check the account id ? Do you got a new account for Envelope subscription? or upgrade from the account which is seat subscription? I think you should contact your account manager.
