I’m sorry for the inconvenience it caused you that you can’t use the branding option included to your web plan. I checked it but unfortunately, there is no update yet as to when it should be back working for the web plans.
Note: Some advanced features and options are supported only in specific Docusign plans. Your account plan might not support some of the options discussed in this help topic. Contact your account administrator for more information about which options are available for your account. I just checked on our resources, however, there is still no recent update as to when custom branding feature will be back available to our web plans.

What can I do to obtain the branding feature? If there is a specific plan I should purchase, please let me know which one it is. I've also heard that I should contact the sales team. I am implementing a DocuSign integration for one of my enterprise/corporate clients to enable this feature. Which plan should I purchase for them?

As I can see, Branding feature is a paid feature under Direct account. For further assistance, I highly recommend that you contact Sales Department @ 1 (877) 720-2040.
