I am an administrator and need a report showing all sign pending envelopes of the company, not only those I am in the workflow. I must also know which user the worklfow is at and since when (date/hour).

To generate a report in DocuSign that shows all pending envelopes, including which user is currently handling and the time they started, you can follow these steps using the Envelope Recipient Report under the Reports section in DocuSign eSignature.

Hi Pawan and thank you for your response. Unfortunately this report does not meet all my needs as it does not show since when the actual approver has been holding the workflow. It only shows the initial envelope date . another request is to be able to see in each document, the full approval list and actual approval dates.

Okay, just to clarify — are you referring to this in the context of CLM reports? I noticed you mentioned “approve” and “workflow,” so I wanted to confirm.
