Cancelled my account, yet still got billed & can't open a case

I need to know how to reach a human to refund the auto-renewal I was charged on March 6 even though I cancelled my account more than 30 days before renewal. Since I cancelled and got moved to an unpaid plan, I can’t open a case. Nor can I chat with a human online.
