Hi,I have just upgrade dmy plan to be able to use webforms, i have created a webform from a template, howevr on my test run after filling in the details on the webform, it has not then populated that data into the template when it goes for signature, i hope that makes sense?!

I don't have access to my files in an downgrade account

Hi, I’m the admin of an enterprise DocuSign account, now I’m dealing with the following issue. The previous admin convinced the enterprise owners to change DocuSign to another provider. The DocuSign account was downgraded to free, but, now years and years worth of signed documents are nowhere to be found… What should I do? I’ve already searched all the accounts and the last admin said there was a time limit to download the files… Please Help!

Hi everyone, We are using Docusign as a Salesforce integration and send envelopes correctly from there however we are not able to receive any update in our email when the customer opens or completes the envelope so not sure what are we missing, can you please advise?Thank you

Can I restrict a user's ability to sign documents? I want certain users to have the ability to sign or initial documents, or issue documents for signature, but want to prevent their signing contracts via Docusign.

HelloI am filling in a document and their is a section for Standard Fields. My account does not have a access to create pre-filled tools. I am trying to draw a line in a section of the document.I think it says I need to upgrade. I have signed but the "Continue' button won't work.

I have signed but the ‘Continue’ button takes me to this message: “You haven't quite finishedYou haven't yet signed your agreement. We'll remind you again later.”Then it suggests I press the “Review’ button again in the initial email, which I do. This takes me back in and clearly shows my signature and date in the form. There are no active flags to be able to re-sign. The form is complete. I press Continue again and get the same message. This happened after the initial Signature which I customised to my own signature. Then it said I could check the document in Docusign. I clicked on that intending to print the form, which took me to the Docusign login. I logged in with password and code which brought up some weird stuff which looked like it was for the sender rather than the recipient, but no form for me to review. I logged out of Docusign thinking I would try to print from the email instead. Then got the ‘You haven’t finished’ message. EDIT: My partner just messaged me to say he also

Am creating a HR template - it has one radio button Group - 3 radio buttons in the group.Radio Buttons are named as:Permanent,Fixed TermCasual.On the form I have some fields not required to be filled in if Casual is the radio button selection ie I would like these fields not to be visible if Casual is the selected button, but visible for both Permanent and Fixed Term if they are the selected radio buttonHow can I set this up? (have been reading on Flag Fields/use of formulas, but can’t seem to get it to work, obviously missing something in my comprehension so far)

I run a volleyball club and use a webform for my club contracts. I email out a link to the webform and they complete it. How do I void the link if they do not sign the contract? I don’t want them to go back and sign the contract after an extended period of time. But I don’t want to delete the webform or template.

Complex Conditional Logic Assistance

I will try to keep this clear and concise. I have a form that employees fill out when they have travelled for work and need reimbursement. This form does not belong to my group so I cannot change the contents of the form without it being rejected for processing so adding additional visible fields is out of the question. I’ve got the template mostly built out in DocuSign with the intention of turning it into a web form for everyone to use. I’m making use of invisible (white text on a white background) “flag” text fields to control the showing or hiding of certain fields and rows based on users responses. The condition I’m trying to build is: depending on whether the employee traveled in state, out of state, or a mixture of both one or possibly two fields need to be populated witt the total cost of travel expenses split out into in state costs in 1291 and out of state costs in 1292. I have a spreadsheet that I need 547 signatures on. The spreadsheet is pre-populated with the signers name, license, address and email. There are blank columns for signature and date which is what I need docusign for. Is there a way for me to use this spreadsheet instead of adding each recipient in and then also having to select where each person needs to sign and date? Thank you!

Advance Options Setting

Can the Advanced Options setting be done for individual envelopes (to be) sent so link expires on set date?If I I go into an “in process” envelope, change for example the reminder email toggle to off, change link expire date to 1 date with Custom setting reminder to “0” - will that change all existing envelopes?We have a deadline for participation in a program and must have signed docs by specific date in hand.I understand that there is no specific control for hours and minutes but can above be done.

Can you guys please make me understand below scenario is possible. If yes please guide me to achive. We have integrated salesforce with docusign and sending the documents for signature from Salesfoce.Scenario 1: Person A who is part of Group 1 sent a document for signature to End user. End user wants some updates or he want to cancel the document. But PersonA is on vacation. Now the other group members want access to document in Docusign and cancel it? In Simple words, I want to create a group in which all users should access other users documents. Scenario 2: if Im sending a document for eSignature to end user. Hi AllI understand that this question has been asked a few months ago however I have tried the advice given at the time, with no luck unfortunately! how come Sender of checklist cannot receive email notification after checklist fully signed by everyone? is there a way to let sender know or receive email notification? it is important to give sender a notification on it as sender is the initiator.

I found what looks like a fraudulent envelope in my DocuSign, that has multiple users cc’d and was supposedly signed by me. I never received an invitation to sign this document which appears to be part of a scam. Should I delete it or does this mean someone has access to my account and can view other saved documents? Please advise.

Admin removal

I have a Team Leader/agent at KW Consultants in Dublin OH, that had an admin that created all of their rooms, and added the prospective agents to those rooms. The admin shows as the Owner of all of the rooms. The admin has left the team, and the Team Leader would like her DocuSign to be removed from the Rooms. If the admin is removed from the KW DocuSign system, will that affect the agents from seeing those rooms? To test things, I have tried to go in through KW's account, and remove the admin from a room, and it wouldn't let me remove her because there has to be an owner of the room. It wouldn't let me assign another person as the owner. The main question is... if the admin is removed from KW's DocuSign account, would KW Consultants and the team that is attached to the rooms still be able to see the rooms?

Signer doesn't recieve envelope when more than one signer is assigned (with a set order)

Hello, Whenever I set a document to have two signers, the firs one (in our organization) never gets the envelope to add the first signature. I am forced to send the envelope multiple times. What am I doing wrong? This happens regardless of whether I check the “Set signing order” or not.Any guidance is appreciated.Dan

NTREIS Data Input Form

The NTREIS Data Input form doesn’t work for me. I can’t download the new form, nor can I send it out for a client to be filled out. When I send through docusign, it takes the client straight to the signature section instead of completing the document. Am I doing something wrong? How can I get this form to download? How can I get this form to send to a client to complete and then sign??
