I have tried the link (which is expired).  I opened account in docusign but do not see anyway to find the document I signed.  Hope that answers your question.

I need to get a copy of a confirmation of Completion from July of 2024.  My DocuSign deletes all completed envelopes after six months.  I have the DocuSign Certificate #.  Is there any way to be able to pull that up> I was the sender.

Unfortunately, once an envelope has been purged, there isn't a way to retrieve it, it is gone from not only your account but the system itself as well: Set Document Retention Periods
