It’s possible that the reason you're not seeing the document in the widget is due to one of the following:
The document may not have been added to the watchlist as part of the workflow step.
Only documents with active tasks assigned to you will appear in the widget.
Once the task is completed, the document is removed from the widget view automatically.
Please check if the document is currently assigned to you and still has an active task. Let me know if you'd like help verifying this in the workflow.

Thanks for the response. The document currently is active and has a workflow task assigned to someone else. Usually the ‘My Watchlist’ widget shows the status of the contracts that have been created by me even though they are with some one else in the workflow. For example, even if the document is sent for signatures, it would still show up under my watchlist saying that this is sent for signature. Could there be any reason why this particular document is not visible?

Yes, there could definitely be a case where a document doesn't show up in the My Watchlist widget, even if you've created it. If you refer to the support article CLM Widgets, it clarifies that for a document to appear, it must be added to the watchlist explicitly through a workflow step, and only documents with active tasks will display.
In the meantime, could you please check:
If there's any security or access restriction applied to the document?
Whether you currently have access permissions for that specific document?
