I have not heard from anyone since my request for help. I emailed customer service.
I would like to have a phone number to call DocuSign for customer service.
I got charged for the current year and closed my account the same day of charge
Informed I cannot get a refund. $300
On day 1, why?
I have never used my subscription from last year, as I did not need to so I do not need to sign up for another year.
