Good Day,

Does anyone know if it’s possible to remove a custom agreement type that was added in Navigator?

I’ve searched through the support guide documentation and the support site and wasn’t able to locate this information.

It looks like the workaround is to edit the added custom agreement name (label) and re-purpose it, but I’m trying to see if there’s a way to condense the list of agreement types in our environment overall to lessen the system load to do the AI review.

Thank you

Hello @jparsons,

Thank you for reaching out, and welcome to the Docusign Community! We appreciate your question and assure you that we are fully committed to providing you with the best service possible.

You may watch this quick video on Docusign Navigator: Configure Permissions to learn how to manage your Navigator access.

The video will walkthrough how to update your Navigator access permissions from “Can View” (default setting for a user to read and download agreements) to “Can Manage” (user can edit attributes, delete, share, and remove access to agreements).

Once you’ve updated and saved your Navigator access permissions, please return to the Navigator home page, click on the three vertical dots for an agreement and see if the “Remove” option appears in the dropdown.

If you found the response to be a useful solution to your question, please mark it as the best answer by clicking “Select as Best” to make it easier for other users to find. Thank you!
