I want to have the ability to circulate a document for e-signing to multiple recipients at the same time so that everyone that needs to sign simultaneously get the DocuSign email.
I then want to be able to have the document dated when the last recipient e-signs the document.
Is there an option I can select which will allow me to do this, other than using the ordering option whereby recipients get their emails in a certain order?
Thanks.

Hello @AvidUser_1985
Welcome to the DocuSign Community!
You can add all recipients while setting up the envelope without specifying a signing order. This way, the document will be sent to all recipients simultaneously for signing.
Now I am able to understand the second question regarding the document date? can you explain it more.
