I have a form which will be prepopulated with some key customer information over pages 1 & 2. I then have a variable number of pages that then appear that would allow the customer to essentially provide a list of individuals (name, email address etc) with appropriate input boxes, checkboxes, validation associated with the information to be provided for each individual (i.e. certain fields for an individual are mandatory, individual 2 name can only be supplied if Individua1 has been added already etc). And then a final page for them to sign.They will tell us how ahead of time many individuals they have, and so we generate the document with the correct number of pages before uploading into DocuSign.Can I setup a single template that would work if the document uploaded us 4; 5; 6 etc pages and be able to apply/add the appropriate input boxes etc as required. And any pointers as to how I would do that?

When editing a document generated in CLM with tables and conditions, a specific table row content is deleted using MS 365 online editor. By doing that, the formatting of other three different table rows break (different table).The weird thing is that it only happens using MS 365 online. When we use download and edit in desktop word app, the formatting is correct.It is not the first time I see formatting issues with MS365 online in CLM. Another case I saw a few months ago was that the formatting and spacing of a template changed completely if we open using MS365 or in Word Desktop app.Anyone know the root cause and how to fix?

Even when I have gone through all the pop up tool tips when creating an envelope, they still appear with each new envelope.  I checked through all settings and don’t see anywhere where these tips can be disabled.  It’s very annoying and time consuming to keep clicking on the X to make them go away!Thanks in advance!

Have been confused by the Seat vs User scenarios, but think I’ve got it now. However, trying to figure out how I can add another User without adding more envelopes (seat). We would be lucky to do 40-60 in a year, but it would be very helpful if it wasn’t all me as User doing the work. Looking at older posts it looks like there was a way but now isn’t (without spending more money)?Don’t need more envelopes so we don’t wish to pay for another license. If that’s not possible, what happens if I need to go on holiday?Thanks for any advice - or links to more I should read.

I’m new to being a user of Docusign after a dozen years of signng for vendors/providers/clients.  However, the onboarding has been very difficult. I was not able to utilize my first months 5 agreements for signature because I could not always upload from google drive. I’ve set up envelopes and used docusign successfully twice so I thought my learning curve was short. However, today it tell mes “only an Administrator can establish the sequence for followup if document is not signed righ away  i am the only user on my team I was recognized as Administrator in December but now not.  This is crazy and a big waste of my time. It appears I’ve now lost the envelope and agreement because i didn’t click through to send since I wanted to get some help with the sequence. I’ve just lost over an hour of my time.

I have a form in excel. The date is in Uk format (DD/MM/YYYY) but when I upload it to add teh signatur field and the date signed field, the date showas as MM/DD/YYYY.To be clear, this date is not a docusign field. It is teh date the form was filled in.I checked the regional setting, which is sent as DD/MM/YYYY  and the date signed shows as it should (Account defalult) 

Good morning, I have changed our company branding for all emails, but I now need to change the internal branding when we log into Docusign, the company logo on the header of the DocuSign website next to the users name in the top right-hand corner. For the life of me, I cannot find where to change it.  Thanks 

I’ve been trying to sign a document from my doctor for 4 days but I’m having a lot of problems with this site, this is ridiculous. I couldn’t even post this yesterday, there was no place to type my problem.At any rate, I received an email from Docusign telling me to sign a document from my doctor. I clicked the link, signed up, and couldn’t find the document. Now when I sign in I get a dead end, it wants me to create an envelope which I can’t do because it also tells me I have too many drafts and there’s no way I can delete them. I can’t leave this page, I’m stuck on it. Luckily I have 3 docusign.com tabs open and I can post here using this tab to sign?I’ve received 3 emails from Docusign telling me to sign but it won’t let me sign. What can I do? Do I have to be a paying member to sign? Do I have to pay for support?

We received a note back in August of 2025 (below) from Docusign saying that the underlying infrastructure was changing to Azure sometime between 11/2025 and 5/2026. Hi,I have a scenario where Phone Authentication is already configured as the identity verification method. I’m now looking to enable IAL2 (ID Verification) as well.When sending an eSignature envelope to a recipient, is it possible to require the signer to complete Phone Authentication first and then IAL2 verification as part of the same signing process?If this is not supported, what is the recommended or best-practice approach for handling scenarios where a higher level of identity assurance is required?Thank you.

I have a rename document step in each of my workflows but it looks like the report is only capturing the template file name, not the new name.  Is there a different setting I need to apply to get that new name to generate on the report?No filter in the current report, just pulling everything from the NDA folder.  It pulls in 17 records but many of the document names are the same.  Thanks for any assistance!

I cant´t create a webform from a template. I checked all the steps, every field has a description and so on. In the end it´s showing an error: “The use of a document creation template is not supported.”Any idea?

Hello,Is it possible to control the auto-navigation at the webform level rather than a global setting?  We have some forms that we would like the signer to review each field again before signing.  We have other forms where we would like the signer to just skip down to the signature field.  ThanksRach.

I am trying to set up a template where the first person has “Allow to Edit” but the option is not showing in the list. I am using a production account. I have attached screenshots of both the option not there and showing up (in my developer account).Please let me know if there is something I can do.

Are we supposed to communicate by smoke signals, or telepathy?You need to get your act together and provide real support, for users, not just government contract customers.So, explain to me why the DocuSign Envelope ID number is no longer included at the top of each page when you sign a document, and then explain who made that hare-brained decision, and what you’re doing to fix your Chat function — which never opens a chat window.Email is a required level of functionality for all users — paid or free. Hello,I would like to know if there is a way to allow the signer to choose the TSP (Trust Service Provider) when signing with a qualified electronic signature. Currently, the sender must select a specific provider in advance.Our scenario involves adding recipients from different countries, and in many cases, we do not know the exact TSP provider they have. Is it possible to allow the sender to specify only the type of signature (e.g., qualified or simple electronic) and let the signer select the exact provider during signing?Any guidance or best practices would be greatly appreciated.Thank you in advance!

We are using Docusign Apps Launcher. I have a DocuSign Gen Template where I want to put text box fields that are NOT merge fields. I want them assigned to the first signer in my DocuSign Envelope Template. I do not see how I can create the field tag in DocuSign Apps launcher without anchoring it to a field in Salesforce. This is not a field that is currently in Salesforce, and we don’t need it to be, we just want it on the template. On the Word document I put \name_1_text\ and \nameparent_1_text\. When I go to send the document, I do not see these fields pulled into the template assigned to signer 1. Is this possible to have just a text box field on the Word Gen Template and have the fields assigned to signer 1 in the Envelope template? 

We have a user profile (as a “service account”) designated to be the Owner of our Docusign Web Forms, Templates, and Power Automate Flow Connectors. Every quarter, this password must be changed in Docusign. After I change the password in the user profile in Docusign, I have to launch Power Automate. I believe that I then have to open dependent objects that have a stored connection containing this user’s credentials in some way to get the prompts that will ask me to authenticate this user’s credentials again. I can respond to the prompts and update the authentication credentials at that time, but only if I get a prompt to do so. However I don’t know how many objects in Power Automate need to be “refreshed” manually so that they do not fail when triggered. We have standard Docusign Connectors but we also have a Custom Connector. How do I know that all of my connections are updated? Do I have to trigger flows that use all of the affected connectors? So far, I have been reactive to when
