Apparently if a non-licensed user completes a web form and creates a docusign account, the user is unable to see the forms they have filled out on their docusign account.  The only way to retrieve the document is through the email link.  All forms that are filled should be visible to any of the people involved when they sign into a docusign account in my opinion.

Please let me know if I am wrong about this.

Hello @NBKPR,

Thanks for reaching out, and welcome to the Docusign Community!

In DocuSign, recipients can access the completed/signed document, typically via the email notification. If users create a free DocuSign account with the same email during signing, the completed envelope may also appear in their Agreements tab.

However, the original web form is not shared with recipients and will not appear in their account, as it remains owned by the sender.

I hope this helps clarify things! Let us know if you have any further questions

Best Regards,
