Standard Gen Template anchor tag is pulling random information from Recipient

Question

Hi,At my company we have a gen template which uses the standard anchor tags/autoplace text for name, signature and company - \co1\, \s1\ etc.We have an issue that seems to only happen with one client, and we can’t get to the bottom of it. When the client receives the docusign, the company has autopopulated with a company that the client does not work at and has never heard of	we have no record of the company on salesforce eitherThe client says they don’t have a docusign account and this doesn’t happen with any other companies, only us. Could anyone point me in the right direction?Many thanks!
