Hello everyone,
We are facing an issue where users are receiving too many email notifications during document reviews in DocuSign CLM.
The system sends a separate email every single time a user is tagged in a comment, when someone replies to a comment, or when a comment is marked as resolved.
Has anyone found a way to turn off these specific notifications? Any workarounds or advice would be greatly appreciated.
