Is there a way to disable or batch email notifications for CLM comments and tags?

Hello everyone,

We are facing an issue where users are receiving too many email notifications during document reviews in DocuSign CLM.

The system sends a separate email every single time a user is tagged in a comment, when someone replies to a comment, or when a comment is marked as resolved. 

Has anyone found a way to turn off these specific notifications? Any workarounds or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Welcome to Docusign Community!

Yes, this is a known behavior in Docusign CLM (including SpringCM), where the system sends individual notifications for every comment activity, tagging, replies, and resolution updates.
Unfortunately, there is not a granular configuration available out of the box to selectively disable only these specific comment-related notifications.
 

Raise with Docusign Support:
It’s worth logging a support ticket or submitting an enhancement request.
