I received a text telling me I had unsigned W9 form in Docusign, but when I went to my account it said everything was fine.  Is it fine or is this real and something else is needed?  Trying to reach Customer Support is nightmare so I’m hoping someone here can help.  

I have sent a document for signature, very simple one. Then I upgraded my account and have tried to send another document but I get the message “Account does not have permission to send to Certified Delivery recipient type.”. I’ve no idea why it worked previously on an unpaid account and now won’t work. I’m sending to the same recipients.I’ve tried to open a case for help from support but I’m told I have to have a “Paid Plan”, which I do! Then when it prompts me to upgrade for support, it says I have the current plan…..Totally stuck. No idea what could be wrong and no support accessible from Docusign...

Where on a certificate of completion should it show that the sender signed the document prior to sending to me?

Hi, This is likely a simple issue, but I have used DocuSign with others before and needed to create an agreement for my company, so I signed up. After creating the agreement and sending it out, I did not receive a copy (I checked my junk and spam folders). I’m unsure if the others on the list received it, as I even added myself as a recipient. What did I overlook? I apologize for the silly question.G

We would like to create a template form to incorporate a customer qualification process and use DocuSign for signing off on each stage of the process. How we can structure the signing off process through DocuSign, and specifically how can we enable parties to sign off on their respective parts of the workflow?

Wondering where to configure account lockouts for incorrect password attempts.  Is that even possible?  I know how to set the password requirements, but there’s nothing there for max number of failed attempts before restricting access.  Am I missing something?

Despite reaching out to the QuickBooks Help Center, I was informed that the problem lies with DocuSign as it is considered a third-party app.  I am reaching out to seek your assistance in tracking down the DocuSign app within QuickBooks Advanced. I have a template with three signers, an applicant, a co-applicant and a loan interviewer. The first applicant (recipient 1) fills out the document and signs it, then the co-applicant (recipient 2) just signs as co-applicant. The interviewer (recipient 3) just signs the completed application.My questions is this: If I send out an application, but after receiving the application, the applicant (recipient 1) says they want to switch the recipients for applicant and co-applicant, is this possible?Thank you

Has anyone seen this situation? I remember that the A3 certificate is ok 

I paid over $200 for an annual paid DocuSign plan. That plan was never activated. I can find nowhere on DocuSign's website to submit a form or any information to get in touch with an actual person. You must have a paid plan to open a case.  I refuse to give DocuSign any more money if my original payment was never applied to my account. Let alone pay DocuSign just to open a case.  There must be a way for me to contact someone who can get information on what happened to the payment Klarna made to DocuSign. Klarna has tried to contact DocuSign with no luck. They cannot refund me until they are refunded by DocuSign. I would be really grateful if someone could please assist with me with this. I paid for this back in January and it is still not resolved. This is honestly outrageous and I am in disbelief that a company has no way to even have a form submission or way to get in contact with support without having a paid plan. I can’t imagine how man

I have a document for users to sign which is available in multiple languages. I need only one to be signed, preferably in the signer’s preferred language but I don’t know what each signer’s preferred language is. How do I upload my various versions of the document and have DocuSign present only the one that matches the users preferred language?

Dear DocuSign Support, Thank you for your response. We understand that restricting access to Advanced Envelopes by user group is not currently supported. However, we believe this functionality would be highly valuable for organizations like ours that manage users with different envelope usage needs. Being able to assign access to Advanced Envelopes only to specific users — while the rest continue using standard envelopes — would help us control costs more effectively and ensure proper usage in line with internal policies. We kindly ask you to consider this as a feature request for future development.Please let us know if there’s a way to escalate this internally or track its progress. Thank you very much for your support and consideration. Best regards,

Hello everyone,   We have integration with Docusign e-Signature using DocuSign App Launcher(DAL).  I am working on building a DocuSign envelope template a requirement to build a Docusign form for the attached government form, and there are some questions in the form, like Gender and Martial Status, that are checkbox groups on the form, but the mapped questions on Salesforce object are single picklists with different values, for example: The values of the Gender question on the form are: Male, Female, Trans, Other, Prefer not to disclose The values of the picklist field on the Salesforce Lead object are: Man (Cis or Trans), Woman (Cis or Trans), I use a different term to describe my gender (e.g., non-binary), Prefer not to say  I tried to set up this mapping, so once the signer selects 'Male' on the form and signs the form, the Gender salesforce picklist field is updated with 'Man (Cis or Trans)' as an example.  Does anybody kno

When setting up a DocuSign package, it tries to guess/autofill the Signatures...how do I turn this off?

Good evening, community!I’m fairly new to using DocuSign, and have all of a sudden, started to encounter a problem.  When I upload an Offer to Purchase that I’ve been working on in Adobe, the text appears to be superimposed, kinda like it’s gone through the printer twice.  Anybody else experienced this?My workaround has been to print the document, and then scan-and-save it via my multifunction printer.  That works, but is an additional and seemingly unnecessary step.Solutions?

Hi, I cancelled my subscription on January 2025 and I was charge for February. It is not letting open a case either, when I go the cases section the “New case” button does not appear. 

I am a signer.Not part of any organization. I changed emails on my account and none of my agreement history is available.  How do I get it back?Apparently the old account and old email are no longer available. 

I was on a $800 plan previously which obviously was not worth the headache and value, so I cancelled and was still charged another $314.11 the next month.  Now there is no way without a paid account to see the billing, get an invoice or talk to customer support.  Unbelievable!  How can I get help?

How can your request a refund or get customer service without having to pay again for a service that didn’t work for you to begin with? We would love to hear from anyone with success in refund issuance, or anyone that was charged an amount incongruent with the posted fees, & managed a resolution. Does DocuSign issue a qualified certificate to a signer that does not yet have a qualified certificate, compliant under the eIDAS for a QES?A qualified electronic signature (QES) under the EU eIDAS regulation requires a qualified certificate issued by a qualified trust service provider (QTPS). When I ask a client to sign a contract with a QES via DocuSign, the client may not yet have a certificate (let alone a qualified certificate). In the signing process, the DocuSign system will verify the client’s identification using the client's mobile phone whereby (i) the client specifies the government photo ID, (ii) the client films his/her/their face, (iii) the client films the photo on the ID, (iv) the client will impute an SMS code that DocuSign will send to the used mobile phone and (v) a third party identity veriification partner (UBBLE/Checkout.com) will compare the filmed face with the photo on the ID. At least, this was the process when I tested DocuSign in a pilot session.

I have got the free trial on Business Pro . I have electronically signed a document but it has been rejected because it did not have either an AES or QES . What is the solution to the problem ? I would like to be able to sign the document in the prescribed way asap. 

can  we have enhancement were field is set to have a minimum character limit, so that it will be easier to our end users.
