Hello,

When a web form has the "Initiate Signing Session from email" selected, the “Thank you page” is never displayed at the end of the session, only the generic Docusign page (https://apps-d.docusign.com/post-sign/finish-signing).

Any idea?

I understand your concern about the 'Thank you 'page not displaying on the Webform. I'm here to provide clarity on this behavior.

When "Initiate Signing Session from email" is selected, the post-signing experience is controlled by the Destination URLs configured on the brand associated with the eSignature template.

The web form "Thank you" page is not shown in this case.
