Cannot change signature

I need to manually sign a document using DocuSign and cannot access, change, or modify the signature that shows up when I click 'sign.' I have logged on and off, used the app and used three different computers, along with clearing cookies and cache, and no luck.

How can I change my signature?

Heads up: there are a few scenarios where signature changes aren’t allowed, like if:

You're signing on mobile
It's an in-person signing session
Digital/Universal signatures are required (like CFR Part 11)
The sender has locked recipient names

I did this as well and it's not adopting the new signature I created.
