Hello, I have a DocuSign form which was accessible through a PowerForm. For reasons that I can’t determine, when the user clicks on the link to open the PowerForm, the process skips this and goes directly into the DocuSign form.
To expand on this, the user clicks the link, the PowerForm would display allowing the user to define the signatures then the user would move on to the form. Currently, the user can’t define signatures becasue the form opens when the PowerForm link is clicked.
This process was working previously and only started this behavior today (Jul 3, 2025).
What recommendations are there to troubleshoot this issue? Thank you! S.

Thank you for reaching out and describing the issue.
To clarify, when the user accesses the Powerform link. They skip the pre-signing screen?
My recommendation is to try creating a new PowerForm using the original template, then generate a fresh link for it.
Once you’ve created the new link, please test it on your end—ideally using an incognito or private browsing window—to see if the same behavior occurs.
Also, if you're able to record or capture the signing flow, that would be very helpful. You can send me a private message with a screenshot or screen recording (with any personal identifiable information blurred or redacted), and we'll be able to observe the behavior more closely.

Apologies for the delay. I need to hear back from the users. I edited the current PowerForm and checked the Require Email validation check box under the Options tab. This seemed to fix the issue. Thanks! Salvador
