SMS verification

Hi All,I would like to ask for clarification regarding the use of SMS verification codes.Does the verification code sent viac SMS appear only during the initial registration process, or is it also required each time I log in to my DocuSign account? Thank you in advance for your assistance. Svetlana

We appreciate your question and assure you that we are fully committed to providing you with the best service possible.SMS verification codes arenot limited to the initial registration process.While they may be required during the initial registration if enabled by the account administrator, they can also be used for subsequent logins, especially when accessing envelopes from new devices or browsers.Subsequent Logins:New Devices/Browsers:If an account administrator has enabled "Recipient Authentication Settings" requiring authentication every time an envelope is accessed, then SMS verification (or other methods like access codes) may be triggered upon logging in from a new device or browser.Specific Envelopes:Even if not enabled for general login, SMS verification can be required for specific envelopes if the sender chooses to enable it.Please let us know if you require any further assistance.
