Hi,

 

I went to update my webform signature sections under recipient connections within the webform outline in my demo account. When I went into this page, it now states that each signing role requires a phone number to be collected on before I can save (under the signature section of the webform - see screenshot below). Before we only needed a name and email address linked from the webform for signers, but now it is requiring a phone number to be linked as well. Could this be because of we require ID.me for signers? Why is this required?

I’m sorry that the issue is still unresolved. As the engineers are still working on it, we cannot provide you with a specific timeframe for fixing it.
