Over the past few days, my team and I have been attempting to create a free DocuSign developer account through their official website.
We navigate to the Developer Center and locate the “Get Started” button, which is supposed to initiate the registration process.
However, every time we click the button, absolutely nothing happens—no redirects, no form loads, and no error messages.
after sometimes of loading this below error page will displayed

This request is still blocked by the service protection team, and unfortunately, we do not have an alternative way to bypass it at this time.

We apologize for the difficulties with the registration. we recommend opening a support case so our Technical team can review the registration attempt and the error message received. Link: Open a case in the Docusign Support Center

For free accounts, you may use the bottom part of the page under More support options > I can't access my account > Other Issues. Provide a complete description of the issue. Link: Get Support
