Hello, I have a DocuSign form which was accessible through a PowerForm. For reasons that I can’t determine, when the user clicks on the link to open the PowerForm, the process skips this and goes directly into the DocuSign form.To expand on this, the user clicks the link, the PowerForm would display allowing the user to define the signatures then the user would move on to the form. Currently, the user can’t define signatures becasue the form opens when the PowerForm link is clicked.This process was working previously and only started this behavior today (Jul 3, 2025).What recommendations are there to troubleshoot this issue? Hi - I am an admin and one of our clients had multiple draft envelopes disappear from her draft folder a few days ago.  Is anyone aware of some sort of glitch that might have happened between January 20th and 22nd that affected the draft folder? I had her check her filters and her date span, they appear to be correct to view something from a few days ago. I also had her create another envelope and save it as a draft - it saved just fine today and is currently viewable in the folder.  I asked her to leave it there for now to see if everything stays where it should in the coming days.Any insight is appreciated.

The DocuSign eSignature process is triggered in our CLM environment, which means the integration involves certain fields to be mapped before triggering the routing for signatures. For this record type, the Effective Dates value is populated based on when the second recipient (Officer) signs the document. Once the Officer (second recipient) signs the document, a contract admin is responsible for updating the Effective Date before the document gets sent out to all parties as a fully executed document. Initially, I was going to set the Contract Admin as the 3rd recipient as a ‘Certified Recipient’ which would cause the executed trigger to wait until the CA accepts the document. I see a few issues with this process but want to run this by anyone for advice. Issue: When a document is sent out for signatures and after the first signature is received, how can the contract admin update the envelopes ‘Effective Date’ (remember, this is triggered from a CLM environment, so a DocuSign t

I need to manually sign a document using DocuSign and cannot access, change, or modify the signature that shows up when I click 'sign.' I have logged on and off, used the app and used three different computers, along with clearing cookies and cache, and no luck. How can I change my signature?

We have a signer who gets the docusign email notification only when it’s sent from specific people. Example: I send the signer a document to sign - it appears in their docusign, but they do not get an email.  Another person sends the signer a document, it appears in the docusign AND gets an email.  What I don’t understand is what the difference is, because they all come from the same e-mail address through docusign.  The email address has been placed on a SAFE SENDER list.  

Hi, I went to update my webform signature sections under recipient connections within the webform outline in my demo account. When I went into this page, it now states that each signing role requires a phone number to be collected on before I can save (under the signature section of the webform - see screenshot below). Before we only needed a name and email address linked from the webform for signers, but now it is requiring a phone number to be linked as well. Could this be because of we require ID.me for signers? Why is this required?   

Over the past few days, my team and I have been attempting to create a free DocuSign developer account through their official website.We navigate to the Developer Center and locate the “Get Started” button, which is supposed to initiate the registration process.However, every time we click the button, absolutely nothing happens—no redirects, no form loads, and no error messages.after sometimes of loading this below error page will displayed

Hello,When a web form has the "Initiate Signing Session from email" selected, the “Thank you page” is never displayed at the end of the session, only the generic Docusign page (https://apps-d.docusign.com/post-sign/finish-signing).Any idea?Thanks

hi all,  i am having an issue with my updated signature not being applied to documents.  I have followed the guides to change my signature on my profile but when i go to sign a new document docusign is filling in the signature with the previous one that was saved. i have cleared my cache and cookies of my browser and have tried on the app and other devices and the same issue happens.  has anyone else experienced this or know how to get the proper signature being used?

I was sent a document to sign and accidentally accepted the ‘DocuSign’ default as my signature for the document. I have updated my signatures in my profile but am not able to sign this document with my name- the only option that comes up when I select ‘Sign’ is the incorrect “DocuSign’ default. Is there a way to fixt this? 

Hi I have been trying all sorts but cannot resize a text field in an envelope, I have tried logging into the support portal but its not working neither is the chat box. I’m getting fed up now so not sure what else to try. How do I cancel the subscription?

Dear DocuSign Support,I am reaching out regarding a charge of $406,55 to my card on the 23rd of April 2025 for one seat on my DocuSign account. This charge is incorrect, as I had canceled my subscription and downgraded to the free plan on the 18th of April.I never signed up for another paid plan, and I have not used any envelopes or services since canceling. When I log in now, I cannot see any envelopes or access paid features, which confirms I’ve been on the free plan since cancellation.I respectfully request a full refund for this charge, as it was made after I had ended my subscription. One team is getting a server error. Another was told they don’t have permission to send envelopes. That’s not true. This has happened in the last hour or so. Anyone else? I”m probably going to open a case.

Observation:It has been observed that within DocuSign ID Verification, there is a mismatch between the front-end restrictions and the back-end validation. While the front end allows the selection of a specific document type (e.g., passport), the back end currently does not enforce this restriction, allowing signers to upload any form of ID (e.g., a driving license) regardless of the selected type.Issue:This discrepancy means that the document type restriction presented to the signer is ineffective, potentially leading to compliance or verification issues.Recommendation:The system should be updated so that both front-end and back-end configurations are aligned. If a specific ID type is selected (e.g., passport), the back end must enforce that only the selected document type can be uploaded by the signer.

I have a Web Form built with an eSignature Template that has two signers. All of the fields are assigned to the first signer except for two… the name and email address of the second signer. As a web form, however, the first signer enters all the information for all the fields, including the name and email address of the second signer. After finishing, when they see the final document to review and sign, all the data is visible except for the name and email address of the second signer, which appear blank to the first signer.If the first signer goes on to sign the document, it is emailed to the second signer, who can now see the second signer name and email in place, so the data definitely made it from the web form to the eSignature template.Unfortunately, this is confusing our first signers, and they are calling us wondering why it’s broken. Hi - I have created fields in templates within a doc gen form and the user fills out those fields on the contract. However, I am unable to find where that data is stored within the CLM.  Where can I see the information the user fills in on those fields? It does not show up on the left side like all the standard fields.  Thanks in advance.

I HAVE A BUSINESS PRO ACCOUNT.  I CANNOT ACCESS CREATE POWERFORM.  I GET LET TO A CONTINUOUS LOOP PAGE.  OR ALL THE DIRECTIONS SHOW A DROP DOWN, OR OPTION, THAT I DO NOT HAVE.  THIS IS TIME SENSITIVE AND NEED A SOLUTION.  

I’m getting the following error message when trying to send a document:To send, you must complete the 1 pre-fill feilds with sender permissions.I don’t know how to fix this… 

I am wondering if there is a way to require multiple authorization methods in DocuSign’s eSignature module specifically. For example, both taking a live selfie and a picture of your license. Has anyone set this up before and how did you do it?
