I am sending a large number of contracts using bulk send. Some recipients don’t receive a document with the merged information while others in the same bulk send do. The template is the same for all recipients. Is there something that can be done to ensure that the information merges for every recipient?

To confirm, are you referring to recipient fields in your template where the sender fills in the recipient's field in the CSV 👉 Add Recipient Fields to Your Template? If so, did you verify that all information in the CSV header under that data label column were completely filled in and not left blank for any recipient? This is most likely causing the issue. Ensuring the CSV data is accurate and complete is crucial for this process.
