We understand you're looking for a solution within DocuSign to generate a document from a Salesforce case record, attach an additional file, and then email the document. You've successfully used a document generator, but are seeking options to email the generated document along with other files. Great question!
If you are utilizing a third-party document generation tool that attaches the file to the object Notes and Attachments section, both DAL and DFS can use this file as the source document when creating a template. Within that template, you can then add any other files to be sent alongside the generated document.
For DFS 👉Create a Docusign Envelope Configuration

Option for Add Documents and Templates > (Optional) Load Files or Load Attachments
For DAL  👉 Step 2: Add Documents to Your Template

Option for Latest Document
