Ideally, trial accounts have a 14 or 30-day expiration, after which they are downgraded to a free one. Free accounts allow for three lifetime sends. Since you haven't sent anything, and your account is free and still shows "10 sends left," the Support team needs to review your account and conduct a background check of the issue preventing sends and properly sync your account.
