I sent a document to be signed by myself and 2 others.  Everyone has signed but when the document was returned to my box there are now red sign here boxes over the signatures of the other 2 signers.  My signature is clear.    I can see their names under the red box but I can’t use it as it is.

I would like to talk to someone form Docu Sign before I cancel my subscription but that seems to be an impossibility.

The "Sign Here" message typically indicates that the envelope is not yet complete and that an active field still requires action from you. Even if others have signed, your signature or another required field may still need to be completed. Kindly ensure all required fields are completed before clicking Finish. If a signature field was incorrectly placed, you can correct the document and delete the field 👉 Correct an Envelope

Unfortunately this was not successful for me.  It told me that my plan does not include support.  I cancelled my subscription and will receive a refund soon.

It’s unfortunate that this did not work out with DocuSign.  I have a paid subscription with Adobe and they also offer esign documents.  I didn’t want to start over but that is my only alternative at this point.  I need to get this document sent and this is taking far too long.
