My envelopes stay in the action required section after they have been signed and even declined. I have made several attempt to submit tickets for assistance and reach out to anyone and have gotten no response. Can anyone help me with this issue?
could you share the history of this envelope?

Hello
Thank you for providing the sample envelope ID. However, if this is an unexpected behavior or known issue, I suggest you create a support case to further investigate.
Note that for troubleshooting and analysis, you must obtain HAR File and API Logs.
HAR Logs
To capture HAR (HTTP Archive) logs, follow these steps:
- Open Developer Tools: In your web browser, press
F12
or right-click on the page and select "Inspect". - Navigate to the Network Tab: Click on the "Network" tab in the Developer Tools.
- Record Network Activity: Ensure that recording is enabled (the red circle should be active). If not, click the circle to start recording.
- Perform Actions: Execute the actions on the web application that you want to log.
- Export HAR File: Once you have completed the actions, right-click on the network activity list and select "Save all as HAR with content" to download the HAR file.
API Logs
To enable and download API logs, follow these steps:
-
Enable API Request Logging:
- Go to your account settings and select "My Preferences".
- Scroll to the "API Request Log" section.
- Click "Enable" to start logging API requests.
-
Capture Requests: The logging will capture up to 50 requests. If it reaches this limit, you will need to clear the logs to continue capturing.
-
Download Logs:
- After enabling logging, you can download the logs by clicking the "Download" button, which will provide a zipped file containing the log files.
-
Review Logs: Unzip the downloaded folder to view the logs, which will be organized with the most recent requests at the top.
If you found the response to be a useful solution to your question, please “like” and mark it as the best answer by clicking “Select as Best” to make it easier for other users to find. Thank you!
