Noticed a glitch that allows us to correct an existing envelope by adding templates that were mistakenly left out. When doing so, it only adds the template documents and does not include any of the pre-set fields from the template. We’ve been having to start a new envelope when this occurs so that the fields will populate as they should. Is there a way around this or is it a bug that can be fixed?

 Your template documents are added without the pre-set fields when correcting an envelope in DocuSign. This is likely due to either the template fields being locked, recipients having already taken action on the envelope, or limitations related to pre-fill fields. You may refer to this article: Why can't I move or delete fields added from a template?
Adjust template permissions, employ workarounds like adding new recipients, or, if all else fails, voiding and recreating the envelope.
