Free Form Signing Issue

Question

We are currently using DocuSign with our Trimble Unity Construct software in construction department.  We are getting a error that says : Freeform  signing is not allowed for your account because it conflicts with other settings, please place signing tabs for each signer.  We have to have signatures on multiple pages of documents from the same person.  Both locations we have added a signing tab for each place so the person signing  is not just signing wherever on the document.  Contacted Trimble support and they said it is a DocuSign issue.  Any help is appreciated.

We appreciate your question and assure you that we are fully committed to providing you with the best service possible.If you see this error, "Freeform signing is not allowed for your account because it conflicts with other settings, please place fields for each signer," when trying to send a document with no fields placed (which puts the recipient into a free-form signing experience), it could be due to one of the following reasons:Your account hasDocument Visibilityenabled. If Document Visibility is set to anything but "Off," then this disallows sending documents without tags.Solution:Turn it off in the Admin Area (or have your Admin do it if you're not the Admin), then sign out and sign back in.
