WHY DOES DOCUSIGN INSIST ON ASKING ENDUSERS THAT HAVE NO INTENTION OF CREATING ACCOUNTS ONLY TO CONFUSE THEM AND RUINING THE SALE???
JUST MAKE IT CUT AND DRY AND EASY FOR EVEN SENIORS THAT AREN’T THAT TECH SAVVY TO SIGN THEIR DOCUMENTS INSTEAD OF LEADING THEM OFF INTO OTHER DIRECTIONS AWAY FROM THE TASK AT HAND. COUNTLESS TIMES I HAVE TO MANAGE WHAT SEEMS EASY TO US, BUT DIFFICULT FOR OLDER GENERATIONS THAT HAVE NEVER SEEN DOCUSIGN OR ARE EVEN GOOD WITH THEIR MOBILE DEVICES.
I WORK IN THIS TYPE OF INDUSTRY AND IT JUST ABSOLUTELY DESTROYS ALL THE HARD WORK DUE TO THE FRUSTRATION THAT THIS PRODUCT CAUSES THESE ELDERLY PEOPLE THAT HAVE TO USE THIS PRODUCT ONLY TO BE LED ASTRAY TO CREATING ACCOUNTS...LEAVE THAT AT THE BEGINNING OF ACCOUNT CREATION FOR THE UTILITARIANS IN THE CORPORATIONS THAT ACTUALLY ARE USING THIS FOR THAT REASONS.
ELDERLY CLIENTS DON’T NEED TO BE LED ASTRAY AND MORE CONFUSED AND WORSE LOSE TRUST AND BECOME FRUSTRATED.

From what I understand, when signing a document, signers are presents prompts for account creation even when the signer's sole intention is to sign a document. Did I get it right?
DocuSign generally allows signing without requiring an account creation. However, there are specific scenarios that can trigger this prompt:
Sender Account Settings: If the sender's account has enabled login requirements for recipients through their Authentication Settings, signers will be prompted to log in or create an account Authentication Settings
CFR Part 11 Compliance: For sender accounts operating under CFR Part 11 regulations, if the authentication method selected is "Account login for access & signatures (default)," signers must enter their DocuSign username and password. If they don't have an account, they are required to create one. A workaround for this specific scenario is to utilize SMS for access authentication, which does not require a DocuSign account for the signer Authentication Methods for Part 11 Signers
I hope I addressed your query. If not, kindly provide more details about the issue and I hope we can collaborate to find a resolution or work around that will best work for you.
