Got a action required Pending :$585.88 . I did not sign anything and its saying complete. It will not let me open it so i have no idea what that thing is. Any help please.

Have you tried to check if you can download the Certificate of Completion? This document includes the full audit trail with timestamps and signer details. To find it from the Admin > Inbox > locate the specific envelope, and look for the “Download” option.
Additionally, you may also report this to the DocuSign Fraud and Security team through our official reporting portal at https://docusign.i-sight.com/portal.
