Plans and Billing constantly reloading

Many thanks Melanie.  I am also trying to contact the Customer Support but cannot seem to raise an email case despite following the above instructions.  The system is not allowing me to login to the support area?

Thank you for getting back to me, and I am genuinely sorry to hear that. Are you getting an error? How about live chat? 👉 Navigate to our Get Support page and select Chat with us. Tell our Docusign bot you want to speak to a live Support Expert, and you will be connected. 

By the way, about the “ Plan and Billing" loading issue, the engineering team is actively investigating under ticket ID DIRCA-3286. Other customers reported that it was resolved by clearing the browser's cache. May you please confirm?
