Whenever I try and go to Plans & Billing in the Admin page, the page loads up for a second and then immediately starts continuously reloading.
I have tried Anonymous sessions and other browsers all unfortunately behave the same, meaning the reloading happens on them as well.

By the way, about the “ Plan and Billing" loading issue, the engineering team is actively investigating under ticket ID DIRCA-3286. Other customers reported that it was resolved by clearing the browser's cache. May you please confirm?
