Hi! I need to confirm this configuration is supported:

  • Upload PDF (with AcroForm fields or place DocuSign fields manually)

  • Recipient A (Form Filler) = Needs to Sign, no signature/initial tabs — just text/number/date fields assigned to A.

  • Recipient B (Director 1) = Needs to Sign with signature/date tabs.

  • Recipient C (Director 2) = Needs to Sign with signature/date tabs.

  • Signing order: A = 1, B = 2, C = 2 (so directors receive/sign in any order after A finishes).

  • Auth: Access Code/SMS for A; SMS for B & C.

Questions:

  1. Will Recipient A be able to complete the ceremony (click Finish) without any signature tab, and will routing then continue to B & C?

  2. With B=2 and C=2, will the directors be sent in parallel and allowed to sign in any order?

  3. Are A’s fields read-only for B & C by default (i.e., directors cannot change what A entered unless “collaborative fields” is specifically enabled)?

  4. Any settings I should enable/lock (template or account) to prevent recipients from changing documents/recipients/routing?

  5. Any trial account limitations that would prevent: (a) auto-converting AcroForm fields to DocuSign fields; (b) using SMS OTP per recipient?
