I am getting friends asking if I sent them docusigns. I have not. So either my email got hacked, which I don’t show any emails going out or its coming from docusign directly using a false account under my email. Is there a way to prevent any more of these emails from going out? Because I never sent a docusign out before?

Fraudulent Docusigns are spaming friends using my email. How do you prevent from continuing
