Not able to reset password for docusign developer account

I was trying to create a docusign developer account since two days. Now I have received the account creation email but but I did not get a screen to set password. I also did not find any information on how to log in.I tried to reset password but did not receive any email with the verification code.

Do not have a Bulk mail link button!

I have a PAID e-signature Pro-Pan but there is no BUKK MAIL link button on my “recipients” section after adding my document.  I can’t get any help from the BOT or on the phone.  I am the administrator…….what is wrong with my settings?  permissions? etc? Help!

i desperately need previously signed docusigns for an urgent court matter

I have to go to court next week and I desperately need the Docusigns I’ve signed previously that are connected with my email address. However, when I log in I don’t see any connected, and I’m not sure why since I’ve signed several. Can someone send me the documents that have been sent to my email?  It’s an urgent matter and I’ve signed them so I feel like they should be mine to send to me

Hi there,My PDF template includes radio buttons for a "Title" field (e.g., Mr., Mrs., Miss, etc.). I'm wondering if it's possible to use a Select Box for this field in the Web Form instead.Thank you!

My uploads are blank

I have been using DocuSign for years and the last year have had so many issues.  Currently, when I upload a PDF, it erases all the data I have entered into the document.  I have cleared my cache, changed browsers, fixed the setting (Settings > sending Settings called “When an envelope is sent, write the initial value of the field for all recipients”. If this is not enabled then the document would not set the values you entered.). This is really frustrating and has been ongoing.   Any solutions?

Cant assign an unassigned seat on my account

Good morning. My account came with 2 seats. One of those is assigned, and I am showing 1 unassigned seat available. When I go through the process of assigning that seat, I get a window pop up that says, “We couldn’t add the user. This account has reached its maximum number of users.” How do I add my other user?

Browser's "Saved info" incorrectly prefilling fields in Docusign.

My company has created a webform which is being incorrectly auto filled with first name and last name when customers use "Saved info" to complete their phone number. Only the phone number should be auto filled, but user’s first and last name are being filled in a section which asks for additional contact name. If customer chooses to use "Saved info" for auto filling the phone number, how do I prevent the first and last name from also auto filling in the Docusign form?I appreciate any suggestions you may have. How to restrict external accounts?

Hello DocuSign Community,I would like to know on controlling access and signups using our organization's email domain.How can we stop users from signing up for DocuSign accounts using our domain email (e.g., @ourdomain.com) without admin approval or outside our managed DocuSign account?How can we prevent users from creating external (unmanaged) DocuSign accounts with our domain email address and ensure they are only added under our official account?Is there a way to claim and manage our domain to enforce this?Thank you.

I have an error with SharePoint :(

Hello, I have an error with SharePoint. When a SharePoint user selects a document to sign with DocuSign, signs it, a DocuSign folder is created and a copy of the signed document is stored there.This process no longer works. The folder is no longer generated and the copy of the document is no longer saved in SharePoint.Any ideas?

Make one of out many text fields as being required

I have three text fields. I want to set it up such that the recipient has to fill at least one of those three fields. Is that possible?Those three text fields are themselves conditional on a radio button value, but I imagine that should not make a difference.

Why is it required to input a user's entire email address to locate their account.....

It is unnecessarily cumbersome that the new update requires Admin to type a user’s entire email address in order to locate their account. This is hugely inconvenient and does not make sense. We have employees with varying email domains (e.g., @********************.com vs. @eu**************.com), and there’s no intuitive way to identify which domain a specific user has without first referencing our internal directory.Additionally, employee names can be difficult to spell or may not match the format of their email addresses at all. For example, **************y’s email is “*******@**********.com,” which doesn’t reflect his first name, making it harder to locate him without knowing the exact email.Another example would be a search for a name such as Deb. “Deb” should produce results like ““*******@**********.com” or ““*******@**********.com” or another Deb altogether. It’s absurd that I have to know the full legal first and last name of an employee, and the correct spelling, just to locate

I want my account closed NOW!

Despite cancelling my paid subscription back in March 2025. Docusign decided to continue to charge me. I jumped through many hoops of fire, including getting Paypal involved, when Docusign charged me last month. After getting ym refund and believing all was settled (because Christina from Docusign TOLD ME SHE WOULD GET IT HANDLED), I have now just received ANOTHER invoice for this month’s subscription.What are they doing over there??? This is theft, pure and simple. Clearly there is some sort of dodgy practice going on which hides behind “technical issues” or whatever other sorry excuse they keep providing. But this is not and should not be the customer’s problem!!I checked, and there is no option to close my account completely. I need an indefinitely free account to store and manage PDF documents but I registered for the wrong version

Hi,I’ve registered an account for a free trial version through this link https://trial.docusign.com/en-GB, however I now realised that it’s not the account I need. I wanted to open an indefinitely free account to be able to store, fill out and sign PDF documents. The one I created is for sending documents and fetch signatures. I did not know that there are different versions.When I’ve found the other version here https://www.docusign.com/free-account and I’ve tried to register it said I already have an account. However, with my current account I’m unable to do what I originally wanted to use docuSign for (upload a PDF, fill out ans sign), and I’m unable to delete my trial account to start the process again from scratch.Any suggestions, how I can solve this? I tried open up a support case but can not access it with my trial account… Thanks in advance.
