Hello,

 

The sender stated that they have sent us the envelopes four times but we are unable to receive them.

 

We have checked the spam folder but no luck.

 

We have the envelope IDs but couldn’t find a way to contact Support to get assistance on how to access them. 

 

Any advice is greatly appreciated.

If you're listed as a sender or recipient, you can also try accessing the envelope directly using this URL format: https://apps.docusign.com/send/documents/details/eENVELOPE_ID]

Just replace ENVELOPE_ID] with the actual ID and paste it into your browser. This should take you straight to the envelope details.
