I understand that you are looking to allow the first recipient in your envelope to add the second's contact details, and I will gladly share more details on the topic.
In order to do this you will need to create a third recipient role between the original two and assign it the "Specify Recipients" action.
Your signing order should end up looking something close to the following:
1 Needs to sign.
2 Specify recipients
3 Needs to sign.
