My issue is that I have two companies and I want to send contracts through my Docusign account as two separate entities. I did some research and found I can do this by adding a second Brand to my account. Problem is, when I go to the Brands section, there isn't an option to add another Brand. I am the account administrator and I have the Business Pro Plan. Thanks in advance.

Docusign Business Pro allows to have a single company branding only. Expanded branding allows you to add multiple brands and is available as a paid add-on to Business Pro or included in Enterprise Pro.

 


Hello, I also would like to add a second Brand to my account. I currently have Intelligent Agreement Management (IAM) Professional. Could I add a second Brand to my account?

Expanded branding is an add-on feature you can purchase for your account.  Here’s how to Buy an Add-On for your account.

  1. From the Accounts view, select Plan and Billing.
  2. Select Buy for the add-on.A window to purchase the add-on for your subscription opens.
    The screenshot shows the Add SMS delivery to your subscription window.
  3. Enter an amount to purchase using your payment information, and select Purchase.
  4. Select Done on the purchase confirmation.
The add-on is enabled in your account. Usage information displays in the add-on section on the Plan and Billing page.

Note: Enabling the add-on service can take up to one minute. If you do not see your add-on enabled, refresh your browser.
