text on a pdf used as a template is not shown correctly after upload

We're sorry for the inconvenience caused by the automatic changes in your PDF fonts. Rest assured, we're here to provide guidance and clarity about this behavior.

The following fonts are supported for signing and sending. This is specifically for font options for configuring fields. However, when documents get uploaded, unsupported fonts get replaced with supported alternatives.

• Arial
• Calibri
• Courier New
• MS Gothic
• MS Mincho
• Tahoma
• Times New Roman
• Trebuchet
• Verdana

For best results rendering fonts in uploaded documents, we recommend one of the following options:

• Using one of the supported fonts listed when preparing your documents before upload.
