New to DocuSign, please bear with me. I run a small nonprofit and purchased the business pro plan. We have 5 users. I want to create two distinct Groups and add the staff that work in those Groups - 4 in one Group and 2 in another. That's 6 potential users, plus me as Admin. Is this permissible? I need our clientele to recognize the email from the person they are working with. Any suggestions are appreciated.Eileen

How can I send someone an envelope to sign without the need for them to sign up or create an account?

Hi, could anyone give a help with this bulk send problem please?I changed bulk send csv column names to Role::DataField format, and filled the contents. Then in the fields I dragged Text boxes and changed data label to the same name as in the csv file. Eg. in the csv column name as Customer::MobilePhoneNumber , and the text box's data label was changed to MobilePhoneNumber. But after sent out, I noticed all these text boxes were blank, didn't show the content from the csv... I tried a few times and all the text boxes were blank, could anyone help? Thank you!!

Where would one find the the Certificate of completion, when downloading a signed document and selecting the the option “combine all PDFs into one file",  it was not attached to the PDF and we can't find it.

By default, template can be shared by group or user. If DocuSign is open to all employee, then Admin is hustle to maintain the sharing one by one.Is it possible to share template to permission profile? Yes, this is not a comprehensive remedy, but at least less maintenance is needed for a general template.

For example, A Photo Release. The person has to have their Legal Conservator sign off but they also need to sign it. The person who is conserved does not have their own email address for safety issues.

Does Docusign allow you to store an e-signature as a pre-filled option? If you are saving a template, it would be helpful to have the required internal team member's esignature pre-filled before sending out to an external person to e-sign.

When I send a contract to someone and CC others to receive a signed copy, the CC'ed recipients can't see in the docusign email who the contract was sent to, their CC'ed status, or who else was cc'ed on the email. Normally, emails show this information at the very top of the message. How do you change the docusign email so all parties can see that this contract was sent to Person A, and Persons B, C, and D are just a CC? This is causing major confusion at my company.
