signing our own document from docusign without the email link

Thank you for reaching back.
If you add yourself to the envelope using the email address associated with your DocuSign account, then you will be able to sign from there directly and if you are the first in the signing order after you send it, it will ask you if you want to sign immediately.
However, an email will always be sent, if you do not want to receive those emails (this will include your own envelopes and envelopes third parties send to your email associated with your account) you can remove these options by going to My Preferences > Notifications: https://support.docusign.com/s/articles/How-do-I-manage-my-email-notifications
