When two routing level signing request is made, client probably decline mostly accidentally in the first one and in the next step this message does come out, returning that error.
Hi,
Thank you for reaching out here in the DocuSign Community.
This error is unavoidable if a recipient declines to sign.
As a workaround, I would suggest including wording specifying not to decline to sign before reaching out to the sender.
Feel free to let us know if you need further assistance with this.
Thank you for using DocuSign, we hope you have a wonderful rest of your day!

Sometimes customers decline the contract when they don't agree on terms.
I want to clear my understanding.
When the client decline the contract, it doesn't prevent us from emailing the client the new envelope, right?
only the current envelope returns this error?
Thanks
Mustafa
