I have an envelope which was voided due to the date expiring (didn't know this was a setting) - signed by one person but not another and I ideally would like to unvoid it to retain the orginal signing date. Is this possible?

Alernatively if not is it possible to re-send and sign retrospectively on the date intended?

Thanks in advance

Hi,

Thank you for reaching out here in the DocuSign Community.

Envelopes that have been voided cannot be recovered.

Under these circumstances I am afraid that you will have to recreate the envelope.

To reduce some effort during this process I would suggest copying the envelope in question, which will retain the envelope configuration and the data entered in the fields during the signing session.

For detailed steps on this process see:

Copy Envelope with Field Data
