I have a form that requires the recipient to sign two different ways - one signature with just their full name and the other signature their name with POA indicated.
Example:
Sign here: 00000
Sign here: 00000, POA
Right now we setup the recipient as:
1. 00000
00000@gmail.com
2. 00000, POA
000000@gmail.com
Looking for options to not have to setup up two recipients for the same person.

You can add the fields needed to the single recipient, the only thing you will need to have is the distinction in the document itself where the signer signs as himself and where they sign as POA.
