Is there a setup option to allow a person to sign a document two different ways without adding them as two different recipients?

Question

I have a form that requires the recipient to sign two different ways - one signature with just their full name and the other signature their name with POA indicated.

Example:

Sign here: 00000

Sign here: 00000, POA

Right now we setup the recipient as:

1. 00000

00000@gmail.com

2. 00000, POA

000000@gmail.com

Looking for options to not have to setup up two recipients for the same person.
