How do I reassign a doc that is already reassigned and that person is OOO? 

I am trying to reassign a doc that has been sent to our taskid, reassigned to someone else, that person is OOO and I need to reassign again, but there is no option to reassign or unassign at all ?

Thank you for reaching out here in the DocuSign Community. 

In order to reassign the responsibility of a signature to someone else, the envelope's recipient will need to either have a "Delegate Signer" included in their user preferences or use the "Assign to Someone Else" option in the signing session's "Other actions".

It is important to note that in order for the Delegated Signing option to work, the user holding the envelope would have needed to set their delegate prior to going out of the office.

Taking this into consideration, I would say that the quickest option to get this document reassigned to someone else is to request the sender to correct the envelope and change the signer's name and email.

I had a feeling it may be the quickest option. Not ideal, but will ask the original sender.
