An email was entered incorrectly and because it pops up when the persons name is entered the wrong email autofills.

Those emails are saved within your contacts list, to remove them you would need to go to My Preferences > Contacts > Search for the needed contact > Delete: https://support.docusign.com/s/document-item?bundleId=jux1643235969954&topicId=twh1578456324503.html&_LANG=enus
