Normally I receive documents for my signature but I do not have a registered user in docusing, however when I go to sign it already shows my correct names and information, but now that I want to sign it shows me my wrong last names.Do I have a way to modify these data of my user?

Hi I’ve been using DS for ages now, for signing PDFs by myself. Now I have a challenge: I must send the same PDF (with editable fields) to around 40-60 addresses for their signature.  If I have a standard free plan can I do so? If I need a paid plan, can the monthly personal plan do the trick? How will I know that I can send the same document to multiple addresses for them to (separately) fill out and send back? This was unclear to me when reading about envelopes (five?).  A bit urgent, thanks!Leonbruno

All,Does anyone know how to do the following on Docusign:send a form out on a regular/monthly basis. It is the same form sent each time. a group of people get emailed notification and a copy of the executed document after it is sent out monthly and filled in/executed.Any help is greatly appreciated.  Thanks. 

How would you approach the objective of (1) routing a document (project thesis) for review/signoff to approx 15 team members and then (2) obtaining their feedback on the project (via a separate standard feedback form) by asking for their identification of potential issues, risks, and opportunities.  These documents would then be immediately routed to the project leader upon each team member's submission of feedback.  Curious if such a use case could/should be addressed via docusign template or other?

I am just starting as an Administrator  and trying to find out how this works.When I prepare an envelop with a number of timesheets to be signed, I can add the name and email for the first signer. But for the next ones, the names/mail addresses need to come from an adress book.However, I don’t have an address book. Why can’t I just type the email adress for the next person ?

Hello, I need help for sending envelope for many recipients. I use 1 template for 30 recipients, but I can’t add fields for everyone. How can I add field for every recipient? When I send I have a window “Missing field for recipients”. 

Hi All, Looking for option to enter recepient mobile number to enable two factor authentication. I have already activated it in “security” however when I try and send the envelop, it asks me to enter the mobile number however doesnt provide a box to type in the mobile number

Is there a way to route a document to a user and let them edit the document before continuing the routing to the next user?

Typically, I understand that once a document is sent for signature, the recipient receives an email with a link to sign the document.However, in our workflow, the user who initiates the document for signature is also the sole signer in some cases. In this particular scenario, I'd like to streamline the process by directly opening the signing page for the user, bypassing the need for an email route.Is there a feature or a method within DocuSign that facilitates such a process? If so, could you please guide me on how to implement this?Any assistance or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Does fully executed contracts automatically get emailed back to all parties? So they have it for their documentation/records? If it does not can it and how do I make it happen?Thanks 

Hello I have signed all the documents and still haven’t been paid almost a month

I sent a document for two parties to sign.  One got it and it and all went well.  The other person’s copy showed up in their mailbox looking like it was in Cyrillic alphabet or a foreign language.  Any clues why or how to fix? 

Created an envelope but when I download the PDFs I get the issue in the header, see attached image. Please advise  

Is there a way to have dashboards dynamically update when a user logs in and or have it scheduled to update automatically?

Hi. We are using Docusign CLM which houses our signed contracts. These get attached to our Quotes in Salesforce, but I am looking for a way to download the CLM document as a PDF and attach it to the relevant quote. Ideally, I would like a way to do this in bulk, so we don’t have to go through and manually download each document. Is there a way to do this? I am aware of Docusign Retrieve, but I am not looking to store all my contracts in a folder, I would like them to be stored in SF on each individual quote. Thanks!

I have a document that I am trying to print one page of to save and it is only printing half of the page to pdf. How do I fix this?

We updated the payment method on our account several months ago because our old payment method expired 2/24. We continue to have access to DocuSign and are being charged to the new payment method. However, every time we log on we still get a banner on the top of the screen saying that our payment method is expiring 2/24 and needs to be updated. How do we get this rid of this banner?

Hi, I have had issues sending documents to be signed to signatories that are not based in the UK, whereas my colleagues can perform the same task without any issues. Its a PDF attachment and the email address is correct. Is there an update that you need to do? I am using the desktop version.

Is there a way to allow senders access to edit fields in a template but not allow them to create a new template?  E.g we have legal releases, we want staff to be able to edit fields in the release but not have the ability to upload a whole new release in the docusign platform- we want to limit that to a narrow group.

When assigning fields in several documents, If the documents are lengthy, is there a way to skip to the first page of the next document without scrolling through all the pages?

We used a template 37 times to get responses to the same question. I want to bulk export the form data so that all 37 peoples info is in the same spread sheet (like an export from a survey or online form). Is there a way to do that?To be clear, NOT the envelope data, the form data from the fields in the document. 

I used to have my email address saved on the log in page, but now I have to type it in every time and it’s a long email address. My password is saved. Is there a way to have DocuSign save my email address?

We are in the process of opening another branch of our company in another province. However, even though our parent company name is the same, the “Operating As” name is different. Is there a way to use the same DocuSign main account to send documents from both locations, but to be able to differentiate between the two locations, send they are using different “Operating As” names? It is imperative that the recipients see that documents are coming from their associated branch, in the right province.  Or, do we need to set up a secondary DocuSign account for the new branch?
