Where do I find signer ID's in a completed envelope or summary?

Hi,

Looking through my summary (Certificate of Completion) and the signed document itself, I cannot find any evidence of the Signer ID. I can see the envelope ID and IP addresses. The Signatures Panel also nothing on the signer’s ID.

Where can I find this data?

Thanks.

David

@David K - If you run an Envelope Recipient Report, you can add the Recipient ID to your report when you Edit your columns for your report.   It is not a default value for the report and the DocuSign ID for the recipient only if they have a DocuSign account.

Thank you @JohnSantos - that works perfectly. Any idea why the Recipient ID’s are not in the Summary document? It would be a useful addition.

@David K - Not sure.   My guess is that the Recipient ID’s is not unique on the for the same transaction.  A single user could be assigned multiple roles within the same envelope, each with a unique Recipient ID.  So that might cause confusion.
