I have been trying to send a document to a client. I am filling out information before sending. When the client receives and opens the DocuSign, the document is blank and they do not see the information I’ve added. 

@carolinesteward - Make sure the fields your pre-filling in for your client are assigned to them.   If you are a recipient in the workflow and these fields are assigned to you, they won’t see it until they receive the completed envelope.   Let me know if you can provide more information on how you might configured your envelope.
